


Next Day UK Delivery*
Once an order has been confirmed, it will be picked, well packed and dispatched using a national courier. We maintain very high stock levels, however, should a product be out of stock, customers will be contacted immediately with alternatives or due dates.
We offer a next working day service to all customers throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Orders must be received by 2 PM to ensure next working day service. Saturday deliveries can be arranged, but will incur extra carriage costs.
*During adverse weather conditions, we are unable to guarantee a next day service or timed delivery. However, every effort will be made to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
Collection
Collecting Orders from our warehouse - Orders can only be collected between the 1.00 and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. If you would like to visit our warehouse outside these hours, please contact Customer Service on 0870 9777

Carriage Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders* over £250 excl VAT (delivery within mainland UK). A carriage charge of £8.50 will be applied to any order *under £250 excl VAT (delivery within mainland UK).
Northern Ireland , Isle of Wight and outlying areas of the Scottish Highlands will incur a surcharge during checkout. Please contact us if you are purchasing ourside of the UK mainland!.
Unfortunately, our couriers cannot deliver to any PO BOX address. Customers must give comprehensive delivery details and ensure that there will be a signatory available upon delivery.
Service and Product Commitment
We are very confident that customers will approve our products, however, if any fault is found in any of our products within the first 14 days of purchase, please contact our Customers Service Team immediately.
We will be happy to replace or refund the value of the product immediately. To help our technical developers eradicate any future issues with a faulty product, we may ask for the product to be returned. Maintaining quality is one of our main objectives.
Refunds on items ordered in error are discretionary up to 7 days from date of purchase. Items ordered in error must be returned to Picture Master unopened, complete, unused and in a resellable condition. Picture Master will not be liable for any return carriage on these goods.
